How buying will work
An overview of how orders are planned to work at Maple K Beauty.
The store is not open yet
Nothing can be ordered or paid for on this site. This page describes the planned order process; it is not a final store policy, and the specific terms are still to be confirmed by the store owner.
One order, one shipment
- An order ships once every item in it is ready. One order is not split into separate partial shipments.
- The shipping schedule has not been set yet.
- An order is placed only once payment is completed; the cart does not reserve items.
Cancelling an order
- The confirmed self-service policy allows whole-order cancellation less than one hour after successful payment, only before a picking list has ever been generated. Real orders are not enabled yet.
- Eligible self-cancellation refunds the full original amount, including shipping and tax, to the original payment method.
- Once a picking list has been generated, withdrawing it does not reopen self-cancellation. Requests outside the window require manual review and are not guaranteed.
- If the order has already shipped, the request is handled as after-sales.
Refunds
- Cancelling an order and refunding it are tracked as separate steps. A cancellation on its own does not mean a refund has been completed.
- The eligible self-cancellation refund is the full amount including shipping and tax. Other return conditions and after-sales terms remain to be confirmed.
