SHOPPING NOTES

Small bottle, full size or set? Read the size before you choose.

A few simple checks make it easier to compare sizes, quantities and prices without guessing from a photograph.

Start with the selected size

A product photograph helps you recognise a package, but it does not tell you how much is inside. Look for the size of the selected option: for example, 30 mL, 50 mL or 100 g. Check the unit as well as the number; grams and millilitres are not interchangeable.

If a product has several options, confirm the selected size again in your cart. A smaller travel bottle and a full-size bottle can look very similar in a photograph.

Check what a set actually contains

Read the number of pieces and the size of each piece. “Two-piece set” does not necessarily mean two full-size products. A set may pair one full-size item with a smaller item, or contain different products.

For a repeated item, multiply the quantity by the size to understand the total amount. Two 30 mL bottles contain 60 mL in total. For a mixed set, compare each item separately rather than treating the set as one large bottle.

Use unit price for like-for-like comparisons

Divide the listed product price by the quantity in the same unit. For example, a hypothetical CAD 24 bottle of 30 mL costs CAD 0.80 per mL; a CAD 35 bottle of 50 mL costs CAD 0.70 per mL. These are examples, not store offers.

Unit price is most useful when comparing the same product in different sizes. It does not tell you whether two different formulas will suit you equally well. Consider how much you expect to use, too.

Before adding it to your cart

Confirm the exact product name, selected option, size and quantity. Read the description for set contents rather than relying on the cover image. If any of these details are missing or inconsistent, ask us before choosing.

Check the final checkout summary for your total, including any applicable shipping, tax and discount. The product price comparison alone is not the final amount payable.
