SHOPPING NOTES
A calmer way to read a skincare product page
Separate the facts you need to choose from the information you will want before using a product.

First: identify the exact product
Start with the brand, full product name and selected option. Similar names or packaging do not mean two products are identical. Check the size, quantity and set contents before comparing prices.
An editorial cover can help a collection feel cohesive, but use the packaging photographs and written specifications to identify what you are choosing. Decorative backgrounds are not part of the product.
Then: look beyond the short description
Read the ingredient information, directions and cautions supplied for that product. These details answer different questions: what it contains, how the maker says to use it and which warnings accompany it.
Do not assume that a missing field means there are no cautions, or that a translated summary replaces the package instructions. If the product page and the package differ, pause and ask for clarification.
Keep the purchase questions together
Check the selected quantity in your cart and review the checkout summary before paying. For delivery and return information, use the store’s shipping and returns page rather than assuming another retailer’s terms apply.
If you need help, send us the product name and the specific option you are considering. A precise question is easier to resolve than a screenshot of the cover alone.
Use guides as a starting point
This guide explains how to read product information; it does not recommend a treatment or promise a result. A product name or a popular ingredient alone cannot establish whether a product will suit your individual needs.
